Service Description

Mini 45 minute Zoom Session to talk about topic/issue you would life coaching surrounding. This segment includes a venting session for you on any topic of your choice and will conclude in me giving you guidance on any single life sutuation.situation. We will conclude with guided meditation to help you ground yourself, a video recording of our session that you will be able to go back and play to hear what we discussed in case you need to reference it, and suggested spiritual or character building steps to assist you in progressing through the situation.
