How It All Began...
This journal was born from the rawest pain. I lost my late boyfriend in March of 2021. His passing was sudden, unexpected, and utterly devastating. It happened just two weeks after our son celebrated his first birthday, a transition from profound joy to unimaginable heartbreak. If you are reading this, you know this pain. My hope is that by sharing my own grief journey's genesis, you will feel the freedom to use these pages to release what you carry and begin to rebuild, one honest word at a time.
